Donna Mihalcheon is a Senior Vice-President located in Vernon, B. C. Donna is responsible for the delivery of financial recovery services in offices throughout British Columbia, including Salmon Arm, Vernon, Kelowna, Penticton and Kamloops, Surrey and Prince George. Donna has over 30 years of experience assisting individuals and businesses in various advisory capacities. including restructuring, income tax, accounting, estate planning and audit. She has experience in restructuring in a variety of industries and sectors including public sector, food service, manufacturing, agriculture, hospitality, retail and construction. Donna also has extensive experience finding debt solutions for individuals through use of various workout strategies. Donna looks at all debt solutions and where feasible, assists the debtor in filing a consumer proposal to creditors. This is often the preferred solution as opposed to a bankruptcy.
Active in her community, she was Vice-President of the Greater Vernon 2012 BC Winter Games Society and is a past Chairman and Treasurer of the Vernon’s Winter Carnival Society and the Vernon Women’s Transition House Society. She has also had extensive coaching experience in both soccer and Ringette at both the recreation and elite levels and most recently was head coach for Team BC Ringette at the 2007 Canada Winter Games in Whitehorse.
Donna enjoys travelling, sailing, riding her motorcycle, backpacking, and strength training. Donna is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee, CIRP, LIT, C.A. and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.
Donna is married, has two grown children, and a delightful granddaughter!
